Celebrate Sustainability with

Here at SustainEd, we're all about celebrating sustainability. Even a little win for the greatest good has a significant impact on the bigger picture! See some of the ways our SustainEd Community has been making a difference as active Global Citizens.

Blue (aged 3, UK) has been working hard within his local community to make a difference: taking part in weekend 'Litter Hunts'.

He believes that 'looking after the earth is kind and stops the animals from getting hurt.' He also feels that 'It's fun and makes people learn to put rubbish in the bin.' - Go, Blue!

Beau (aged 4, UK) created this incredible social media message (virtual poster) and sent it to a number of high profile executives at well known food brands.

Highlighting the pervasive use of palm oil in every day products, Beau lets all of us know just how 'naughty' its use is as well as the devastating effects this is having on the world and its creatures. - Well done, Beau!

Lilly (aged 6, UK) loves getting out into the garden and helping nature to thrive.

Here she is with her sister Meg (aged 9) collecting small scraps of food from her evening meal to add to her home compost bin. 'The worms love it and they turn it into food for the plants. I love being kind to the worms and to the plants too!' - What a green fingered superstars, ladies!

Supporting our local community is one of the most important ways in which we can make a difference in the world.

Here is the incredible work of WODAC. An initiative that enables those who need help to access safety, shelter and food over the festive season. From open door kitchens to food donation deliveries, this is an invaluable way of showing love at a time when we all fully understand its importance.

Tim (aged 3, UK) enjoys collecting rubbish using his 'snapper'!

Working as part of a small community group in his area he says 'l am really good at finding all the litter before it destroys the planet.' - You absolute superstar, Tim!

Blue (aged 3) is back and this time he and his dad worked together to create peanut butter, date and seed balls (or poops) to help the birds and squirrels overwinter. If you like getting messy for nature, take a look at the easy recipe video below. Great work, Blue (and dad)!
